Barry Alvarez Gets FOX BCS Nod

Wisconsin Athletic Director Barry Alvarez will be the lead analyst on FOX's Fiesta Bowl and Title game coverage, according to the Madision, WI Capital Times. Alvarez, who just retired as Wisconsin head coach last season, will join Thom Brenneman and a third person in the lead game coverage. Brenneman is the #2 play by play guy on FOX's baseball coverage and does Arizona Diamondbacks baseball for television. They will call a practice game or two during the NFL season, but not on the air. Earlier, FOX anounced that FSN personality, Chris Rose, will host the pre-game show.
