Kentucky will be Without Eight Signees

(Scout.com) Rich Brooks who is already on the hot seat this season will be without eight signees from his latest recruiting class. The players that did not qualify academically and will have to attend a junior college are running backs Moncell Allen, Corey Goodson and LaRay Foote, wideout Marckus Boswell, defensive backs Chris Drayton and Ameer Salahudin and tight end Chris Goode. Another player linebacker Chris Cessna will not suit up until October because of a knee injury he suffered. Brooks has a lot of work to do if he wants to keep his job for next season. In his 3 years as the Kentucky coach he has gone 9-25 and his SEC mark is a dismal 4-20. With the talent he has on his team this year and how difficult the SEC appears to be, he has a mountain to climb to keep his job.
