Jeff Jagodzinski (Who???)

Written by In The Bleachers on .

Jeff Jagodzinski The Boston Herald is reporting that Jeff Jagodzinski is expected to be named as the new head coach at Boston College.  Jagodzinski, who is currently the offensive coordinator for the Green Bay Packers, was a somewhat surprising pick, as many expected current Pittsburgh Steelers quarterbacks coach and former University of Massachusetts head coach Mark Whipple to succeed Tom O'Brien.  If you recall, O'Brien was recently named the new head coach at ACC-rival North Carolina State . Jeff Jagodzinski has never been a head coach at any level, but apparently impressed Boston College A.D. Gene DeFillipo during his recent interview.  The Boston Herald reports that Jagodzinski will likely be introduced on Wednesday.  Although relatively unknown nationally, Jagodzinski has 22-years of coaching experience, with fourteen of those years spent at the college level.  He was the offensive coordinator at Boston College in 1997-1998.  He is 43-years old.
