Well as you can tell from my lack of posting today, I have been a little bit busy. Holiday shopping and December deadlines catch up to everyone every once in awhile. It also doesn't help that there haven't been any games in over a week, so let's see what is going on around the Blogosphere. First I mentioned about the First Annual Blogger awards. Please go over to Rocky Top Talk to read over the rules and categories. ITB will be posting there nominations later but don't hesitate to make your own nominations using this handy nomination wizard. Don't forget your favorite blog In The Bleachers when you are filling all of these out. Head over to the Heisman pundit for his indepth coverage of the Heisman Ceremony. He was lucky enough to be able to attend it live and he promises pictures and stories from it. Dispite a brawl that resulted in 13 ejections and numerous black eyes to the programs of Miami and FIU, the game will go on again next year. It will be a pay per view even in which Chuck Liddell will fight Renato Sobral as undercard in the octogon. Former UCLA coach Bob Toledo has been hired to coach Tulane. Currently he was the offensive coordinator at New Mexico. Toledo coached at UCLA from 1996-2002, compiling a 49-32 record that included a school-record 20-game winning streak and two Pac-10 championships.
