Last night in Pittsburgh, the Mountaineers' duo of Patrick White and Steve Slaton ran for a total of 415 yards against the Panthers. Slaton also had 130 yards receiving as WVU beat Pitt last night 45-27 in the Backyard Brawl. It wasn't always easy for WVU as Pitt lead 27-24 at halftime, but the Mountaineers came out flying in the second half to hold Pitt scoreless and keep their BCS Bowl Bid alive.
During the second half the camera was on the WVU sideline after a score and Patrick White was on the bench closest to the camera. That is when the camera mic picked up Patrick actually meowing. This brings up a good question, is Patrick White half cheetah? It would make sense with his speed and all. Maybe the NCAA should do some DNA testing to see if he is fully human or not. The other theory is that he was making fun of the growling Panther sound Pitt makes after every first down. You can watch and be the judge.
