Boise State: First Team to 2 Wins

Written by In The Bleachers on .

The Boise State Broncos, after falling behind 14-0 in the opening 10 minutes of the game, rallied in a big, big way, knocking off Oregon State, 42-10. Quarterback Jared Zabransky was a tidy 8 of 13 for 105 yards and a touchdown, but the big story was the Broncos' running back, Ian Johnson, who went off for 240 yards and 5 touchdowns. The Beavers pulled ahead with just under seven minutes in the first quarter, but their inability to stop Johnson, and their three turnovers, prevented them from building upon that lead. Oregon State's record falls to 1-1 with the loss.
