Not according to ESPN.com's Mark Schlabach, who breaks it down here. Schlabach likes USC, Michigan, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Oklahoma in his top five, but missing from his top 25, and I've triple checked this, is Notre Dame. Hmm.
