Wednesday Livechat: Doing The Coaching Job Shuffle

So, today we've got the Todd Graham to Arizona State news hot off the presses as he becomes one of the many coaches to change locales this offseason. Graham's the guy who will be drawing the heat this offseason because of his ridiculous decision to notify his players via a text. That's not how you're supposed to do it, this is the polar opposite of Larry Fedora deciding to stay on with his guys at Southern Miss through their bowl game.

Now that we've cleared up just how wrong the "how he left" was we'll use the chat to get into the "why he left" in regards to Arizona State vs Pitt as a job. Is it a step up? It is purely a lateral move? All opinions considered so make sure you drop in to give your thoughts.

With all the movement taking place we'll talk about all of the big hires being made around the country this coach hunting season. Washington State, UCLA, UNC, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Arizona State and others will pop up in this discussion as coaches have started assembling staffs to ready themselves for the 2012 recruiting cycle. Ohio State's got what looks to be a killer staff in the making and they are flipping recruits already, the waiver that's allowing them extra staff must be addressed as other Big Ten fans are so not happy about this decision from the NCAA.
