It is hard to believe that three weeks are already complete in the 2008 College Football season. With teams playing so inconsistent, it is really hard to get a read on which conferences are good and which aren't, and once you hear some of the facts, I am sure you will agree. The Big Ten is the conference under a lot of scrutiny for the quality of teams the past few years, and they are the topic of discussion in this week's In The Bleachers Podcast.
