We're kicking off our much anticipated offseason program with some quick hitters. This will be the first of many In The Bleachers podcasts each week that come out, hit the target and leave you wanting more from Rob Harley and Michael Felder. Be sure to check back everyday as we'll be dropping these shots routinely.

On this edition Rob and myself talk about the Lane Kiffin situation from a couple angles. We hit everything from Lane's untimely departure from Tennessee and his possibilities for success at USC to Tennessee's wide ranging coaching search and the type of candidate the university needs.

We also talk about the penalties for transferring and what can be done to create equity within a system that allows coaches to leave on a whim while players must sit out a year when they transfer.
